I want to cancel my Premium Monthly subscription. How do I do that?
If you joined Premium Monthly AFTER January 5, 2019, you can cancel your Premium Monthly membership by going to the Subscriptions area of your account and clicking the red “Cancel subscription” button.
You can also email us and we’ll be happy to do it for you - just please let us know the email address you log in with.
If you joined Premium Monthly BEFORE January 5, 2019, we will need to cancel it for you, so please email us and we’ll be happy to do the cancellation.
