Bowl Base – Increase and Plain Rounds

In this section, you’ll do a round of increasing followed by several plain rounds of knitting, according to your pattern.

The increase is the very easy KFB. In the video I show you how to recognize what it looks like so you can do these increases correctly without getting lost.

Bowl Base – Decreases

To bring the base of your bowl together, you’ll do several rounds of decreases according to your pattern.

I’ll teach you the knit-two-together (k2tog) and show you how to recognize what it looks like so you won’t get lost while counting stitches in between your decreases.

Decrease Tricks

In this section, I’ll teach you some tips and tricks to help you decrease without keeping track or counting.

Just by knowing what the k2tog looks like after doing it and after a plain round, you’ll know where to decrease and when.
