This adorable felted slipper pattern is Midnattsol's Felted Slippers pattern with yardage information and tips for seaming order added.

This was a favorite beginner project of mine when I was learning to knit more than 10 years ago. I loved how a simple garter-stitch strip could be folded and sewn to result in such a cute slipper.

A little like origami and almost magical, you'll never guess how this strip will create a slipper, but it does.

This project is perfect for beginner knitters or anyone wanting a quick and easy felted project that can be used as a gift for the holidays.

Use puffy paint to draw squiggles or even write fun messages to your loved ones and ensure a skid-free bottom surface for smooth floors.

As the original Midnattsol pattern does not contain yardage details, I've re-written it here to specify yardage per size. I've also incorporated many tips from Knitting Up a Storm's great blog post on these felted slippers.
