The C stands for Connection and it’s all about talking to you like a real person and really relating to you one-on-one.
The A stands for Acceptance and it’s all about holding space for you wherever you are, no question is too big or too small, and there are no dumb questions. It’s about creating a safe environment you can come to for knitting help and not be judged or condescended to but be welcomed with open arms just for being part of our community.
The R stands for Reliable Source. It has to do with only putting content on our website that we stand behind 100% – it has our stamp of approval on it for quality and accuracy and that’s why our students know they can rely on it. We just teach things that are within our expertise. All our content – video tutorials, free patterns, and the website in general with its blog articles, dictionary definitions… everything together is a reliable source for your knitting instruction.
The E stands for Encouragement, motivation, and support, and it’s about how we treat you and answer your knitting questions when you need help. We always tell you, “You can do it!” and support you by answering your knitting questions directly by email and in our forum.
