As you may know, my lovely and talented friend Brittany Tyler (left) has been working tirelessly (and tiredly too) to bring the most fabulous knit and crochet patterns the world has ever seen to Tangled Online Magazine.
Now, Tangled, after publishing two groundbreaking issues, is getting some amazing recognition!
From the Tangled Headquarters:
Tangled is so excited and honored to have been nominated in the Best Online Crochet Magazine category of the 3rd annual Flamie Awards! For those of you who are not familiar with the CLF (Crochet Liberation Front) and Laurie Wheeler, their fearless leader, it is a group with the mission of promoting, encouraging, and advocating for crochet in all of its fabulous manifestations.
We are so pleased that the CLF has recognized our love of crochet with this nomination.
Thanks to everyone who participated in the selection process! Please visit the CLF to check out all of the amazing designers, crochet-friendly products, publications, and designs which have also been recognized for their passion for crochet. Voting ends March 30th, so go check it all out and VOTE!!!!

Let’s take a couple seconds and support the creative minds that bring us gorgeous patterns to drool over and to help us expand out knit and crochet repertoire!
FOR TANGLED ONLINE MAGAZINE in the Best Online Magazine category!
Voting ends tomorrow, March 30th.

I found your site through KnitPurlGurl’s Blog and This is stupendous. I’m new to crochet but this Tangled mag and the CLF are right up my alley! I’m not a knitter, crocheter mostly, but have been attempting and failing to learn knitting for many attempts over the years. This e-book sounds just like what I need to learn those socks.
Karen, that’s wonderful! I’m so glad that your explorations from Knit Purl Gurl’s blog have led to to discover some treasures that you are enjoying. Happy knitting and crocheting!
