   I have never received a memo of sale nor
   A letter telling me how to link into this video.
   Please, I am very anxious for this video.
   I paid the $77 price.Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

   Hi! Please help….I’ve purchased and paid for Become a Knitting Superstar, have followed all directions and still can’t access the info. Your website keeps rejecting my e-mail address, although I’ve had no problem receiving info. on you ads and specials.

      Sure! If you search your email for KnitFreedom you may find the link in there. Recently our emails have been getting stuck behind the Updates tab in Gmail. I will also email you with a new link. But be careful – my email to you may also appear in the Updates tab, so please look there.

   Hello,

   yesterday I bought my first course (knitting faster). I went to the area and downloaded the videos to my device (an android tablet). The PDF does not see the videos. Can you tell me where it is looking for them so that I can move them to the correct folder/subfolder? I just bought knitting superstar. Again, would like to have the videos of that one too. I work on a boat. Lots of hours to knit, no wi-fi.

   I updated my classes and went to my magic loop class put in the password then saved to screen but couldn’t access the videos.

   I went to the online class, but did not have a link to download the new pdf. However, the online version is still not showing all the videos. I have followed all your previous instructions but have not solved the problems.

      Erica….It is only the Cast on video that is not working. The Fair Isle works fine now. My Mittens and Leg warmers videos were ok before this trouble. Would it help to re-send the Cast on video?
